GreenhouseCo

GreenhouseCo is a joint venture with world renown cultivation expert Peter Quiring via a newly formed subsidiary, GreenhouseCo. Through his company, South Essex Fabricating, the largest manufacturer and builder of greenhouses in Canada, Peter has over 25 years of experience designing, building and operating greenhouses across North America. In addition, Peter is currently operating 130 acres of state-of-the art, computer controlled, greenhouses located in Leamington, Ontario for Naturefresh. The first phase of GreenhouseCo will be to develop an initial 1.4 million square feet of greenhouse in Leamington, yielding approximately 155,000kg of product per year. The site sits on 100 acres of land, hosts 27megawatts of dedicated power and is expandable up to 2.8 million square feet.

Robinsons

Robinson’s Cannabis is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Auxly Cannabis Group and a late-stage licensed producer applicant pursuant to the ACMPR located in Kentville, Nova Scotia. Led by experienced head grower, Andrew Robinson, Robinson’s products have consistently ranked the highest in terms of cannabinoid content, terpene content and overall quality when independently tested against 5,000 other products supplied by various ACMPR and MMAR growers. Robinson’s is currently in the process of constructing a 27,700 square foot indoor facility, yielding an estimated 1,100kg of cannabis per annum, for the production of high quality craft cannabis.

FV Pharma

FV Pharma is a large scale indoor cultivation facility being constructed with joint venture partner FV Pharma. Located one hour east of Toronto in Cobourg, Ontario in the former Kraft plant, the 620,000 square foot facility, upon completion, will be the largest indoor cultivation facility in the world. Auxly will develop certain segments of FV’s footprint in exchange for 49.9% of all the cannabis supplied by these segments. Auxly is expecting to receive 18,750kg per annum of product upon completion of the first phase of the project.

KoLab Project

KoLab will seek to differentiate its offering by sourcing the best products from the entire Auxly cultivation platform and through partnerships with growers from around the world.

CannTx Life Sciences

Beleave

Beleave is a licensed producer pursuant to the ACMPR, Beleave currently hosts a 14,500 square foot purpose built facility near Hamilton, Ontario. Auxly has provided Beleave with up to $5 million in debt financing, repayable in 1,275 kg of product equivalent, to fund the expansion of their production footprint by way of an 80,000 square foot hybrid greenhouse.

Level 10

Curative Cannabis

Auxly will hold a 46% equity stake in the company and an offtake arrangement for 1,600 kg of product per annum upon completion of the first phase of the facility.

Pontiac Group

Cannoe Cannabis

ABcann Global

Auxly has partnered with ABcann to develop an additional 50,000 square feet at their Kimmett facility in exchange for 50% of the output, expected to be around 8,000kg per annum. Auxly also holds 6.6 million shares in the company.

PlanC

Groupe IDP

SGSC

Inverell is a federally licensed “Cannabis Operator” based in Montevideo, Uruguay for the large-scale outdoor production of hemp plants for CBD extraction. Led by a seasoned operator, Dr Raul Urbina, founder and CEO of Stevia One, that became one of the lowest cost producers of stevia in the world. Inverell has 16 hectares of plants in the ground with expansion capacity for an additional 574 hectares. Auxly retains a 80% ownership in the business.

Dosecann is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Auxly Cannabis Group and a licensed Dealer applicant pursuant to the Narcotic Control Regulations located in Charlottetown, PEI. Dosecann hosts 42,000 square feet space dedicated to extraction, quality testing, research and development, product formulation and manufacturing. Upon regulatory approval, the facility will serve as a hub for Auxly and its partners to develop and manufacture higher margin, value added products for the medical markets and, pending approval, the adult use market.

Province Brands

Province Brands is a highly disruptive, Toronto, Ontario based cannabis-based beverage company. Led by experienced entrepreneur Dooma Wendschuh, Province retains a patent-pending process to create the world’s first beer brewed from cannabis. With a dose-response curve similar to that of alcohol, Province provides a safer and healthier alternative designed to challenge the $1.2tn alcohol industry. Auxly holds a 10% equity stake in Province Brands.

Dixie Brands

Dixie Brands, parent of Dixie Elixir, is a leading producer and brand of cannabinoid infused products in the United States. Auxly has entered into an exclusive licensing arrangement with Dixie for access to the branding and formulation methodologies for over 100 products in Dixie’s portfolio. These products are intended for distribution into both the Canadian medical and adult use markets.

NAC

National Access Cannabis is a leader in providing Canadians access to medical cannabis through its national chain of medical cannabis clinics. In addition to the medical market, the company anticipates addressing the recreational market through a chain of retail dispensaries operating as Meta Cannabis Supply Co. NAC has secured one of four licenses to dispense cannabis in Manitoba and has formed a strategic alliance with Second Cup to address the remaining western provinces. Auxly has entered into letter of intent to supply NAC with future inventory requirements.

Inner Spirit

Parent of Sprit Leaf Inc, Inner Spirit aims to be the leader in franchising retail dispensaries in legal Canadian jurisdictions. To date, Inner Spirit has executed over 95 franchise agreements for proposed retail locations. Auxly owns an 18.5% equity stake in Inner Spirit in addition to the exclusive right to supply Inner Sprit franchise holders with up to 50% of their annual inventory requirements.
